About Us

Shivas Auto Components, having several plants in Chennai, India, is a leading manufacturer of Original Equipment for the Automotive Industry. The company specializes in the manufacture of complex assemblies which typically consist of machined castings, machined forgings, precision turned parts, sheet-metal components and bought-out parts. The manufacturing of these assemblies requires the use of CNC machines, Automatic multi-spindle lathes, presses, heat treatment equipment, centerless and surface grinders, washing and cleaning machines, as well as a host of other production, inspection and quality equipment, all of which are available in-house at Shivas Auto.

The company additionally focuses on manufacturing precision machined parts and sheet-metal components for OEMs and Tier-I Automotive customers, and also supplies a wide range of hydraulic fittings to the European market.

The company has state of the art in-house capabilities for design, prototyping, tool making and failure analyses, and can develop complex new products for customers with a very short development time. The Shivas Auto management team is also committed to continuously invest in new technology and equipment to improve R&D and operational efficiency, resulting in on-time delivery and world-class quality.
